Contains anti-inflammatory compounds called gingerols which inhibit the formation of inflammatory cytokines (chemical messengers of the immune system).
Cilantro (coriander) stimulates the conversion of cholesterol to bile acids within the liver which has a cholesterol-lowering effect.
Coconut Oil contains monolaurin which is antiviral and can be used to treat viral health concerns like the common cold or the flu and is an excellent booster for the immune system.
